Daily Duties at Jh Williams:

Lead Customer Service Specialist – J.H. Williams a division of Snap-on Tools 1996-2000 • Oversee the Customer Service department. First line of contact in the chain of command. • Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the Customer Service Manager. • Tracks and report sales, promotion, and trends as directed by management. • Served as International Sales Coordinator • Coordinated Import/Export shipments with overseas customers • Completed export documentation. Prepared and interpret Letters of Credit. • Respond to customer inquires regarding their billing and write credits when necessary. Answer questions regarding product pricing and availability. • Review all Purchase order from customers before forwarding to Order Entry. • Counsel CSR’s and assists in disciplinary action when necessary. • Maintain all aspects of customer accounts assigned, which includes a large variety of miscellaneous request.
