Aflac Work Values

Daily Duties at Aflac:

• Transfers commission, stock and production between associates and coordinators resulting from errors in processing, or at the request of Marketing. • Adjust weekly suspense production report premium through the manual production system when errors occur due to incorrect licensing dates. Coordinates corrections with Marketing. • Performs policy maintenance change, handles advance processing situation/inquires, and obtains additional policy information: analyzes and handles service requirements for invoices. • Reconciles and services account payments from sensitive and complex accounts: analyze account information; identifies discrepancies or account variances and take necessary steps to resolve or refer to the appropriate department for resolution. • Restore/and or rebuild commission trailers as requested. • Perform correspondence function to include bank drafts and delete riders. • Compose/generate letters to confirm action taken. • Performed other related duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
