Daily Duties at Ridgewells Catering Corp.:
Supervisor to the U.S. Open(Golf).I supervise the Catering tents provided by Ridgewells for clients such as BMW,Holt-Alterman,Manhatten Motors,all Press is also accmodated.I oversee the set up and break down of all client tents. I oversee the flower and food presentation. I place all food and liquor ordering in response to the clients volume. Also in charge of all employees in tent,or tents.
