Daily Duties at Appleone/Hsbc:
• Prioritize and maintain the incoming work queue. Prepare appraisals submitted to the Appraisal review department to be reviewed by an analysts or reviewers. Assist underwriters with submission policy and procedures of 3rd party and lending vendor appraisals. Assist HFC/BFC branches via telephone or email with resolutions for appraisals that are incomplete, outdated, or ineligible for review. Enter data into Appraisal review and HFC/BFC databases. Assist with training new processors on Appraisal Review processing policy and procedures. Assist Unit Manager with any special projects, audits, or task.
