Daily Duties at Mtv Networks:
Oversee sales operations for over a dozen networks. Partner with Programming to identify and discuss potential obstacles which might interfere with the set limits of commercial inventory, plus resolve any formatting issues. Provide new reporting tools in which data may be pulled to support new sales trends. Proactively resolve issues which interfere with adhering to published deadlines. On call 24/7 to handle problems that interfere with transmitting an error free broadcast, including live shows. Attend tent pole events and collaborate with Stadards & Practices to ensure a quality broadcast. Set individual and team goals based upon needs as dictated by Sales objective.
