Daily Duties at The City National Bank Of Fort Smith:
§ Processed Commercial and Mortgage loans from application to closing, including: preparation of loan presentation to Board of Directors, ordering Appraisals, Title work, and Surveys, prepare loan documents, close loan. Followed up and maintained customer relationships to insure bank files met OCC guidelines, by keeping current insurance policies and gathering quarterly and annual financial statements and analyzing and preparing them for presentation to the Board. § Organized customer luncheons, entertaining approximately 10-12 customers per luncheon each month. § Prepared in-house memos as well as correspondence for the loan officers using a start-stop transcription machine.
