Daily Duties at Us Soft:

Managing projects for multiple clients using strong project methodology during the complete project life cycle. Responsible for implementing / upgrading ERP application projects within targeted time frame. Clients include Becker professionals(DeVry Group - University), IMC Global (Fertilizer), AISIN USA ( Manufacturing), Screen USA (Trading) Duties include: • Facilitate Business requirements for large scale Oracle application implementation • Overall project managements using formal methodology • Work with managers to identify training requirements for implementing and maintaining ERP applications. • Develop, document and transmit project deliverables - business case, project charter, project plan / schedule etc. • Analyze current architecture and develop implementation / upgrade plans • Map business requirement to ERP application functionalities • Analyze requirement Gap and suggest work around or solutions • Assign and manage resources • Manage and track project budget, schedule and deliverables • Identify issues and risks that are project blockers / showstoppers and take proactive measures on early warning signs that could cause project slippage. • Develop communication strategy and communicate project status, issues / risks with sponsors and Stake holders • Implement / upgrade, Configure Oracle application (ver 11 / 11i )as per business requirement • Ensure that proper test plans are created for end to end functionality coverage • Manage test cycles and training cycles for implementation • Provide daily user support including problem investigation and resolution • Maintain enthusiastic project team • Negotiate with Oracle on licensing issues as and when needed
