Daily Duties at Pioneer Ventures:
• Facilitate Business requirements for large scale Oracle application implementation • Overall project managements using formal methodology • Configure and implement Oracle application modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgets, Purchasing, Order management, Telesales and Inventory) • Develop, document and transmit project deliverables - business case, project charter, project plan / schedule etc. • Analyze current architecture and develop implementation / upgrade plans • Overall Management and support of Oracle application implementation • Assign and manage resources • Manage and track project budget, schedule and deliverables • Identify issues and risks that are project blockers / showstoppers and take proactive measures on early warning signs that could cause project slippage. • Develop communication strategy and communicate project status, issues / risks with sponsors and Stake holders • Implement / upgrade, Configure Oracle application (ver 11 / 11i )as per business requirement • Ensure that proper test plans are created for end to end functionality coverage • Manage test cycles and training cycles for implementation • Provide daily user support including problem investigation and resolution • Maintain enthusiastic project team • Negotiate with Oracle on licensing issues as and when needed
