Daily Duties at Allegheny Power:
Process customer payments reviewing and balancing transactions to update Customer information System and encode checks to prepare bank deposits. Operate Opex 5.0 automated mail extractor and NCR 7780 Transport to capture images of invoices and checks for daily processing. Data Entry verification from IDT for document identification and corrections that CAR is unable to read. Process payments without stubs and miscellaneous transactions through On-Line Remittance System. Contact customers to resolve discrepancies related to billing.
