Daily Duties at Citi Bank Credit Service:
Answer inbound calls 150 + per day from credit card accounts ranging from 5-165 days delinquent. Deliver concise and comprehensive account status, provide credit analysis, credit restoration, billing disputes, make payment arrangements and recover loss for company, Also defuse and resolve calls from irate or dissatisfied card members. Assist in buddy program with new hires to provide training in call center.
