Collecting on Discharge or Dismissed Bankruptcy Mortgage loans originating at the local Branches throughout the United States. Some accounts were Equity Loans, while others held no equity, with delinquency from 60-180 days. My objective was to cure the loan through varies solutions such as total reinstatement or working with third parties to secure Payoff, Short Sale, Deed In Lieu or internal hardship programs to cure loans to prevent Loss and Charge Off’s. Collecting on Personal Loans originating at the branch banks throughout Central and Eastern region with delinquency starting from 60-180 to charge-Off, with account loads varying from 250+. Duties include heavy skip tracing, interacting with Attorney's regarding pending legal judgments, or Bankruptcy's.
