Daily Duties at Friedman's Jewelers:
Provide customer service on collection accounts that are 30 days delinquent to Charge-Off. Explain installment agreement contracts, insurance related questions and collect funds thru expedite service, by telephone credit card or check, us mail, or in store payments. Preformed additional duties such as skip tracing accounts, and offering settlements on accounts after Charge off with a call volume from 275 to 350 manual outbound calls no dialer.
