Daily Duties at Independant Contractor:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining an exceptional customer service experience for our callers. Assist customers with a variety of inbound calls including: PBS pledges, Presidential Campaign donations, Red Cross disaster, office supply ordering and account maintenance, restaurant menu ordering and delivery, seminar/conference enrollment, infomercial product ordering, catalog merchandise ordering and returns, direct response information capture and order processing. Up-sell and cross-sell coordinating and bonus items or services as appropriate.
