Daily Duties at Sabre Systems Inc:
•Provide cost analysis for six executive officers in a systems engineering program. •Liaison for executive staff and general engineers. •Reconcile all training request, timesheets, awards and role mapping; using SAP. •Internal labor cost analysis. •Analyze budget, give presentation. •Prepare personnel paperwork for new or existing positions, using official Federal forms. •Create purchase request for various orders. •Acquire and dispose all supply orders. •Transcribe correspondence, compose official Federal letters. •Schedule and organize executive level meetings. •Compile statistics for various data calls. •Maintain personnel folders, update distribution list. •Schedule visitors in BASICS II database, as well as acquire authorization for outgoing visit request. •Maintain tracking sheet for required training. Distribute human resources paperwork and phone bills to employees. •Process travel reservations, using the travel manager system. •Create itinerary for each traveler, using travel agency. •Input all travel arrangements and process travel vouchers.
