Daily Duties at Ace Mortgage Funding:

Resposible for all aspects of operating high volume branch including recruitment, selection, development and coaching of team. Assist and followup with closing and funding of all mortgage loans on a monthly basis achieving perforance expectations and managing expenses to budget. Establishing and executing marketing plan and buys. Making my environment a place that my employees WANTED to come to work everyday.
