Supervised the various accounting functions associated with investor owned mortgages, including the FNMA relationship. Maintained the general ledger interface with the Fidelity Servicing system and reviewed general ledger and checking account reconciliations monthly. Seven direct reports. * Flowcharted and documented accounting procedures, Fidelity cash flow, and corporate advance procedures creating process efficiencies for all the departments.
