Daily Duties at Abn Amro:

Facilitated the Risk Self Assessment ( RSA ) and Sarbanes Oxley ( SOX ) programs for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group ( AAMG ) in coordination with Group Audit, corporate Operational Risk Management, and the corporate SOX Office. Responsible for the centralized monitoring and tracking of outstanding AAMG action items and the associated Senior Management reporting package. Two direct reports. * Developed a platform to guide management through a RSA of operational risks and controls, including generation of summary reports for senior management, which resulted in an overall eduction of the risk rating for AAMG and, subsequently, a reduction in the economic capital charge from the parent company. * Member of the Corporate Operational Risk Management RSA Reference Group, which established standard reporting and best practices for LaSalle Bank, N.A. * Participated in a project to enhance the Corporate Loss Database reporting process for LaSalle Bank, N.A., creating efficiencies and improvements in the preparation and reporting to senior management.
