Reconciled daily casino activities. Performed these actions using several different systems including a UNIX based system (Slot Data System, aka SDS), an AS-400 based system (Casino Management System, aka CMS), Access databases, and Excel spreadsheets. Supervised and trained others in the department on daily reconciliations. Was the point person assigned to investigate variances when others couldn't find them. Extracted large data dumps out of the UNIX database into Excel. Analyzed and manipulated the data dumps to create various reports in Excel for the Colorado Division of Gaming. Created a MS Access based tool used for tracking banker's boxes and their contents that were sent to the warehouse for storage. Improved the design of existing Excel spreadsheets.
