Daily Duties at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co:
•Assisted with Restricted stock processing •Researched all restricted certificates for deposit •Contacted Transfer Agents and Corporate Counsel to obtain required documentation and Legal Opinions •Facilitate all Restricted Stock and Prospectus sell requests on the clearing platform •Performed required research for documentation needed for legend removals and prospectus processing •Created outgoing letters for approval by counsels •Monitor emails and maintain open communication within the department and branch offices •Ability to communicate the Restricted Stock processing requirements with Investment Professionals such as Rule 144 and/or SEC filing requirements •Followed up on all completed legend removals and replacements with the transfer agents and companies.
