Daily Duties at Marriott International:

National Group Sales Administrative Assistant • Route incoming faxes and voice messages to appropriate sales manager. • Update records on current status. • Maintain printers, fax machines and copiers. • Update management of all non-responses to prior day’s voice mail and maintain daily attendance sheets. • Prepare sales kits, print envelopes and letters, copy reports and training manuals. On-The-Job Trainer/Training Assistant • Assist new associate in learning computer system and proper phone skills. • Conduct classroom and sales floor (on-the-job) training sessions. • Graded quizzes and tests and answered questions. Sales Associate • Answered inbound sales calls on Fairfield Insiders Desk. • Completed reservations on Marriott’s reservation systems Merlin and Navigator. • Updated customer account records as needed.
