Daily Duties at Custom Glass:

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll/human resource clerks, receptionist and office courier, Review and approve weekly accounts payable check run and biweekly payroll, Review, revise and implement departmental and company internal controls, Daily bank account maintenance and deposits, monthly, reconciliation, Ledger entries, reconciliation and preparation of financial documents, Prepare and process monthly, quarterly and annual Sales/Use, Business and Payroll tax returns, Prepare and process annual 1099 and W2 reporting, business and contractors license renewal, Maintain office supplies, office equipment and computer network, Assist with network administration, Prepare request to bid and subcontractor information packages, Support Owner and Controller as needed including preparation and maintenance of all types of advertising, scheduling meetings, planning annual company events, travel accommodations, research
