Daily Duties at State Of Ohio:
Disability Claims Adjudicator (DCA) ... Bureau of Disability Determination Conduct comprehensive identification and analysis of claimant medical and vocational status (of claimants ages 18-64) to determine eligibility for disability payments (through Social Security); scope of role includes accumulation of applicable evidence, communications with claimants, medical and vocational professionals and facilities, and overall judgment/summarization determining severity of impairment and eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services.
