Daily Duties at Division Of Corrections:

Correctional Officer IISupervised inmates and conducted institutional count to maintain security in a maximum security facility; controlled inmate movement, escorted inmates throughout the facility and observed inmates’ activities while responding to disciplinary reports against inmates; conducted searches of vehicles, inmate cells, work areas, and staff in order to control contraband; qualified and engaged in required practical operation of firearms and chemical agents; completed training and qualification in CPR and rescue breathing.
