Provided comprehensive case management and supervision of parolees and probationers through the application of agency policies and procedures; visited offenders in their homes and throughout the community to assess their adjustment to supervision; attended hearings in Maryland courts and correctional institutions to visually identify offenders and testify from official records; implemented supervision plans and strategies to insure compliance with conditions of supervision and to maintain the offender in the community with minimal risk to the public; obtained breath and urine samples to detect use of alcohol and/or drugs; guided, trained and supervised junior staff and interns.
