Daily Duties at Keen Construction:
Surveying all job possibilities, providing estimates and conveying information to clientelle/customers, continual open and respectful communication with clients, work itself varies from indoor and outdoor painting, roofing, carpentry, window fitting, cabinetry, reinforcement of foundation, brickwork, indoor and outdoor plumbing, mild electrical input/output, basework, scaffolding, tiling, carpet laying, flooring, drainage systems, chimney clearance and rebuilding, furnace work, installation of various appliances and cooling and heating systems, rodent removal, clearing lofts, insulation.
