Daily Duties at David Sewickley:
Assist in property management and renovation work for various landlords and building owners throughout the Ohio State Campus area. I also collect and record all rent and tenant charges while maintaining records in Quick Books. I am responsible for communication with tenants, regarding the expiration of lease terms, showing and leasing properties, tenant check in and check out, schedule preventative maintenance and capital repairs and replacement and direct the activities of the maintenance and service personnel. I assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and perform any necessary emergency repairs. I hire and manage the cleaning and painting crews.
