- Supported 5 Account Managers by acting as their secondary contact for the lender portfolio. Was the primary contact for their portfolio when Managers were traveling on lender visits and/or sabbaticals. - Provided detailed data for nearly 60 network lenders such as number of monthly leads, closed loans and closure rates. Also assisted lenders with the use of APEX: an online site that maintained their data. - Presented lender with timely PowerPoint performance reviews that not only showed them their network status, but also provided helpful hints on how to improve lender close rates.
