Meet with advertising and customer service managers to discuss departmental performance goals and then, research, develop, design and facilitate trainings and workshops, facilitate new employee orientations, research employee retention techniques, maintain departmental budget, update departmental library, and provide confidential atmosphere for both managers and employees to discuss their conflict and concern.
