Daily Duties at Family Dollar Services:
Coordinated all efforts in protecting company assests. Handle all prescreening/background checks and hiring process for Security Department. Initiated training for all guards, scheduling/supervising all shifts 24/7. Monitor inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure safety. Monitored Digital Digital CCTV; consisting of 59 cameras to oversee theft issies. Conducted invevestigations upon incidents and handled accordinly. Assist Training Dept. make recommendations for hiring and worked closely with Medical Dept. identify fradulent injury claims and conduct investigations with workers' comp.
