Daily Duties at Allegheny County Family Court:

Calculate and prepare vouchers from invoices submitted from independent contractors. Prepare daily deposits of moneys received from court filings. In the absence of the manager, oversee work flow and assist staff members, court employees and the public with questions. Compose and type letters, documents or other correspondence required for various programs in the department. Serve as a secondary backup for the reception window and the phone operator. Serve as a hearing officer clerk in Contempt hearings.
