Daily Duties at Jackson Public School:

Provided administrative support to the Director. I have experience in the following administrative duties: typing, filling, maintaining logs and records, drafting letters and memos, and preparing reports. I prepared vouchers for the distribution of food to the schools. Successfully resolve questions and complaints from Cafeteria Managers and vendors, while effectively assessing their needs. Assisted in the preparation of the annual budgets. Processed expense reports, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and inventory. Developed and utilized data entry spreadsheets.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
