Daily Duties at Extended Stay America:

Directly responsible for all aspects of operations on a daily basis. Managed ESA in Arcadia and ESA in Los Angeles, CA. At one point in time managed both properties simultaneously. Primary responsibilities include employee selection, training and developing. Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements. Responsible for all staffing levels and training on a continuous basis. Analyze data for trends and marketing management. Process and analyze prepared reports including daily production, payroll summaries, A/P, A/R and supply usage. Accountable for maintaining OSHA standards and regulations. I am also solely responsible for performance planning and reviews.
