Daily Duties at West Health, Inc.:
Contacted patients to verify correct demographic and insurance information. Updated any corrected information in the PCN and Advantix computer systems. Explained and assisted patient with paperwork prior to appointment. Provided excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Collaborated with patient access financial representatives, the business office and other departments to ensure all information is accurate and is given to the appropriate area. Complied with HIPPA laws and regulations. Supported Patient Access Representatives in the surgery department with creating surgical charts. This includes obtaining the accurate chart according to the procedure and incorporating any pre-operation paperwork from other physicians. Assisted Patient Access/Relations Supervisor in creating training material to be utilized with other colleagues.
