Oversaw advertising insertions for business partner catalogs and other media. * Planned and executed annual North American Business Partner Conference in Seattle, WA. Managed travel, housing, activities, presentations, and other event logistics and details. * Assisted with implementation of global marketing strategy for Reflection product line. Project manager for various marketing projects, including printed and online materials. Managed inception and creation of all product launch materials. Managed department's marketing budget and all marketing projects. Marketing & MarCom Coordinator, May 2000 - December 2003 (Contractor May 2000-December 2000) * Project manager for various marketing projects. Most notably, managed creation of product launch materials, managed monthly reminder mailing to installed base customers, as well as managed two separate business partner SPIF campaigns. * Assisted MarCom Manager with various marketing projects, including: tracking the success of marketing promotions and responses; concepting, creating, and producing sales tools; maintaining the department's intranet site; and managing smaller marketing outreach projects.
