Daily Duties at En Pointe:
? Utilized as a contractor to numerous sites for desktop support and special projects. ? Spent 6 months at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center as Desktop Support for over 2000 pcs and over 800 supported programs. Also assisted in ESP upgrade for all branches of the medical center. ? Spent 6 months at SCP Global Technologies, Inc. working as general desktop support for 300 employees including CAD systems and general server maintenance.
