Daily Duties at Scp Global Technologies:
? Provided daily maintenance and trouble-shooting for approximately 300 users in a mixed Windows/Novell domain. ? Monitored, maintained, and performed trouble-shooting for all backups of the network using Brightstore and OmniBack. ? Performed hardware and software upgrades on network and desktop systems. ? Facilitated company-wide computer upgrade including Europe and Asia. ? Managed and completed a NDS clean-up and archiving project which including over 500 legacy user accounts. ? Wrote all documentation associated with desktop, network, and backup procedures. ? Prepared network resources and accounts for migration from Novell NDS to MS Active Directory.
