Daily Duties at Mariner Industries:
*Provide executive assistance to President/General Manager *Provide general support to bookkeeper and CFO. *Oversee employee benefits (health & dental insurance, 401k) *Scheduling of construction vendors, sub-contractors, Architects, Government Agencies and clients. *Dealt with conflict resolution, project implementation, oversight and project closure. *Handle unemployment, child support, employment verification *Manage the following: Nextel, Home Depot, phone systems etc. *Vehicle fleet administration, licensing & registration; manage repairs / maintenance, gas card & EZ-Pass accounts *Source out suppliers for company t-shirts, office/printing supplies, office equipment *Act as liaison for bonding and insurance companies
