Daily Duties at Cfic Home Mortgage:
Review and research new lenders to solve unique lending issues in the surrounding community Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised employees per the directives of company and state policies and procedures. Contribute monthly to office production by the closing of loans personally sourced To complete annual continuing education in Conventional, Non Conforming and FHA products Oversee office production, payroll, human resource issues, receivables and accounts payable, provide correspondence to clients, lenders, realtors, etc
