- Developed, customized and maintained databases (Excel, Act) including templates, layouts and reports, organized filing system for inter-related companies for sales/marketing. - Administrative support for New Business Development Director. - Acquired new accounts for three inter-related companies for information technology services/web site development, and software packages resulting in an increase in revenue through outbound telephone prospecting and solicitation including inquiries through telephone, web and email. - Worked closely with executive management to build a relationship with prospective clients. - Planned/prepared presentation materials and proposals for prospective client meetings including client status report. - Researched target markets on the Internet and through publications to purchase direct-mail lists with vendors. - Developed marketing collateral to promote visibility of companies at trade-shows, user groups, and through direct mail campaigns including: press pieces, brochures and testimonials.
