Daily Duties at Carnahan, Smith & Gunter:

Administrative Client Services Asst. Management Consultants Assisted the Owners/Coaches with heavy emphasis to client services and administrative duties, including off-site schedules and itineraries. Daily contact with numerous clients with projects and items requiring immediate attention and the need to move them forward in a timely manner. This was also needed during and after one-on-one coaching sessions and intensive 3-day work sessions with entire departments. Co-managed and scheduled the yearly calendar for the coaches and their clients, setting up appointments, itineraries, sessions, etc. Generated manual & computerized purchase orders, work orders and change orders. Coded invoices and prepared and submitted expense reports. Completed and sent informational packets to the clients.
