* Manage the Deal Flow Database * Oversee the operation of the office - including office supplies, equipment & facilities * Assist EAs with projects as needed * Escort visitors & clients to their meeting rooms, ensuring they are set with equipment and refreshments as needed for meetings * Answer & screen multi-line telephone, route incoming calls in a professional manner ensuring minimum amount of wait time. * Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, including sorting incoming mail and facsimiles, overnight shipping services, etc
