One of two assistants to the Assistant Vice President of Sales Financial Management. Prepared a variety of complex, sensitive and routine correspondence. Maintained several large and effective filing systems, inventory levels of office supplies, provide administrative assistance to management team compiling data for and developing the department’s budget. Provided administrative support related to the operational functions of the department and assist with the training and development of other administrative staff. Served as a liaison between executives, managers and visitors as required. Created several useful formulas and worksheets for the new budget system.
