•Currently working on development of Employee Training Procedures to be implemented into our Account Management Division. •Lead person in response to Missouri State RFP for Equipment Maintenance Management Program currently facilitated by Specialty Underwriters LLC. •Worked with our Information Technology Department to develop and implement new invoicing procedures for our government accounts. •Manage key state accounts for Missouri and Florida. •Manage and coordinate potential client contract surveys and implementation of new accounts. •Maintains quarterly contact with clients to ensure the highest satisfaction with equipment maintenance program and prospect for new division leads. •Package and present to top level executives for State of Missouri departments. •Ranked #1 for overall retention, over 90%. Company goal is 85%.
