Daily Duties at Palmyra Nursing Home:
Served and collected food trays,and fed patients' requiring help. Recorded temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, food and fluid intake and output, as directed. Assisted 10-12 patients each day. Turned and repositioned bedfast patients to prevent bedsores.
