Daily Duties at Vista Care Hospice:
Supervising RNs, LPNs,CNAs,Chaplains and Bereavement Coordinator. All daily,weekly and on-call schedules including PTO for all employees. Annual reviews. Did all the hiring, terminating and performance improvements needed. Ensured all documentation was state survey ready. Participated in continous quality improvement. Provided customer service and provided direct patient care when needed.
