daily maintenance of a 194 room hotel. repair and maintain all building systems and grounds and functions. this would include report any repair issues to the chief engineer/general manager. repair said issues using any means at my disposal. repair plumbing, electrical,pm all electric motors, air conditioning/cooling systems,pm all guest rooms, repair walls, doors faucets and fixtures, emrgency lighting tests, check all boiler pumps and replace when nessesary.
