Daily Duties at Mizzou Alumni Association:

• Assist Associate Director with day-to-day operations. • Act as liaison between all MU Schools & Colleges and the Alumni Association • Act as liaison between Eastern Region Alumni Chapters and the Alumni Association • Create and distribute mass mailings and alumni correspondence • Create and distribute mass HTLM email notifications for schools & colleges and chapter alumni organizations • Reconcile schools and college’s and chapter organization’s accounts • Update information for the Columns & Honors programs • Assist with coordination of the Faculty Alumni Awards program and annual awards banquet • Assist with the Griffiths Leadership Society for Women program • Assist with the Legislative Network program
