Daily Duties at Motorola:

I structured the Mobile Device 3G Supply Chain in Plantation, by merging Libertyville, IL Mobile Device processes with iDEN system requirements. I identified and drove resolution of business needs. Responsible for new product materials project management. Work closely with development engineering, supply base, new product factory teams, production factory teams, along with logistics and import teams to ensure material support for a successful new product launch. Work with Asian sub assemblers to close open issues gating them from meeting our build plans. Work with engineering to get orders outs, to ensure accurate BOM structure, and supplier issues are addressed. Review/analyze proto quotes to ensure we get production pricing were applicable.
