*Worked closely with Novell Network Administrators installing, configuring, and maintaining four Novell servers. *Responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting, user training, trouble call log, database administration, application development, and system and network security management. *Advised superiors on the development and implementation of budget, procurement, training and technical support strategies.
