Daily Duties at Newport Medical Associates:

Charts patient vital signs and medical history, prepares patient for exams, assists doctors. Handles telephone inquiries from patients concerning medical questions. Stocks supplies in exam rooms and sets up room appropriately for each physician. Performs other duties in support of physician. Demonstrates proper documentation with respect to confidentiality. Collects bloodwork and lab specimens and completes paper work. Follows sterile technique with respect to equipment and procedures. Support front office staff when necessary. Performs other activities as directed by supervisor.
